The following tool(s) can be made available for applications/websites/plugins:
Consent
– information and check boxes to collect candidate/user consent as defined by the client (i.e. contact methods, marketing preferences etc.)
– client will be notified of user consent at the point they register or update their profile
– ability for candidates to revoke consent
– level of consent made available to the client within the Applicant Management System
Where consent levels can prevent an action from being taken in the Applicant Management System (e.g. No consent given to be contacted via push notification/message) this will be prevented by the system automatically.
Data Erasure Request
– user can request for their data to be deleted
– clients will be sent notification of Data Erasure Request and can action via the Applicant Management System
