The team at REd have extensive knowledge in education and recruitment, having more than 100 years combined teaching and teacher recruitment experience. We really know our stuff! All consultants have taught in their country of origin as well as in the UK.

Our UK based offices are the key to ensuring a successful teaching experience for you, the teacher. They will be responsible for sourcing the most appropriate job for you, taking into account your strengths, experience and year level preferences. They will ensure both you and the school are happy and will monitor this relationship regularly. They will offer on-going support and training and will be the ones shouting you a few free drinks at one of our social events.

For those travelling from overseas, our overseas based offices guide teachers from the beginning of the recruitment process with advice on working visas, national curriculum, travel and accommodation, to processing all necessary documentation such as CVs, references, qualifications and police checks. Most importantly, our overseas offices ensure that teachers arrive in the UK fully informed and ‘raring’ to go. What exciting times there are ahead for you!
